Certified Mega Mall aims to attract and retain quality retailers, provide optimal retail mix and ensure the highest shop fit out standards. The leasing team identifies new leasing opportunities at local, national and international levels.
The average occupancy level of Certified Mega Mall is more than 95%, in Aruba well above the general standards.

Mall merchandising licenses spacing on a short-term basis (daily, weekly and/or monthly) on mall merchandising sites or mall carts throughout the mall.
Mall Merchandising is the ideal way to leverage your existing advertising campaign, conduct market research, sample or undertake tactical marketing activation programs. We can also arrange a customized in-center "point of sale" campaign to meet your specific needs. You can choose from different locations across the mall.

Our Public Relations, Promotion and Education Desk offers Certified Mega Mall retailers, consumer product and services companies, the opportunity to reach their target market in a cost effective environment.
We will assist you to co-ordinate appropriate events and promote in different media.
Certified Mega Mall firmly believes in a strong relationship with our clients. This is the main reason why we always have a wide variety of activities and promotions at different locations in our mall. During the years we have established a good relationship with our tenants and suppliers, who are loyal participants in our co-op campaigns.
Community Initiatives
Certified Mega Mall has always played an important role in the life of community in which it does business, not only as a commercial center, but as a focus for community activity and support.
Each year Certified Mega Mall cooperates with governmental, non- governmental, creative, cultural and sports groups to develop co-op programs which benefits the whole community.
Certified Mega Mall is a firm believer that we can achieve big things by working together. Many local community initiatives, charity and non-profit organizations also benefit through Certified Mega Mall support.

Our success is linked to the success of the retailers leasing space in the shopping mall. So, on request of the tenants retail education and consultancy services can be supplied to Certified Mega Mall tenants to ensure a focus on quality training and customer service.
